First, the reducer with 460 # load industrial gear oil, the working temperature of 0 ~ 40 ℃.

Second, the gear reducer first 100 hours of use, should be replaced with a new cavity clean gear oil after an oil change once every 2000 hours.

Third, when dismantling the transmission gearbox should avoid hammering to avoid damage to normal parts.

Fourth, if found to have a shaft extension or joints oil leakage, should be replaced skeleton oil seals and other use.
