Sealing requirements gearmotors

Worm gear reducer is usually installed in places with poor environmental conditions, the intake air containing particulate matter, dust, corrosive gases will affect the compressor lubricant life, proposals should consider installing intake filter, and should be regularly cleaned and replaced regularly intake air filter.
Seal gear reducer to note the following points:
Do not allow to fill the cabinet split between 1. face any pads, but can be applied sealant or water glass to ensure the seal;
2. When assembled, the cabinet before tightening the bolts, use of 0.05mm feeler cover and box seat sealing surface between the combination;
3. The shaft extension seal should be coated with grease. Each sealing device shall be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the installation.
