The first step is to confirm the motor and large industrial gearbox before installation is intact, and strictly check the motor and reducer connected to the size of the various parts of the match, here is the motor positioning boss, input shaft and reducer groove size and fit tolerance.
The second step is to unscrew the screw on the outside of the reducer flange, adjust the clamping ring so that the side hole and the dust hole aligned, insert the hexagonal tightening. After that, take the motor shaft key.
The third step is to naturally connect the motor to the gear unit. The connection must ensure that the reducer output shaft and motor input shaft concentricity, and the two outside the flange parallel. If the degree of inconsistency, will lead to motor shaft broken or reducer gear wear.
