1. The gear adopts high quality alloyed steel carburizing and quenching, with the surface hardness of up to 60 + 2hrc, and the grinding precision of the tooth surface reaches 5 to 6.
2. Using computer repair technology, the gear is pre-built, which greatly improves the carrying capacity of the reducer.
3. From the box to internal gear, adopt the complete modular structure design, suitable for mass production and flexible selection.
4. The standard deceleration model is divided into the descending form of torque, and compared with the traditional ratio of equal proportion, the power waste is avoided.
